Smelly towels, need better hygiene.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of Ubud. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the mosquito net on the bed. The breakfast was delicious and brought to my room every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped me arrange a cheap ferry to Gili T. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and temples nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it is perfect

We had a great Easter break in this peaceful hotel surrounded by beautiful rice fields. The view was breathtaking and the pool was clean and amazing. We loved the traditional style of the room, with several fittings and furniture that gave us the real essence of the cultural tradition. the location was perfect, only 5 minutes from the main road, with many delicious restaurants and relaxing spas.

On the negative side, it was unfortunate that there was no air conditioning. The fan provided was enough, but it was a bit hot sometimes.

The beautiful terrace overlooks small rice fields, providing a serene atmosphere to enjoy a meal.

All aspects of the stay were exceptional.

This hotel is a real gem! the location is perfect, close to the city center and nestled down a lovely alleyway near the heart of Ubud. Secondly, the staff here are outstanding, providing attentive service and making you feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and offer a scenic view of the rice fields, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Oh, and I must mention the delicious fruit salad breakfast - a refreshing way to start the day!

No complaints, everything was just perfect!

The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything in town. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting amongst the rice paddies. The staff were nice and attentive, and the room had a beautiful view.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful rice fields and just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed spending time at their pool after exploring. The breakfast served is really delicious with a good selection of dishes. We also appreciated being able to rent a scooter to get around town with ease.

We found it challenging to get to the hotel due to the path leading to the property that was not in great condition. The room was adequate, but the windows wouldn't lock and there was a moldy smell that was not very pleasant.

This hotel has a great location, being close to everything in town, yet away from the busy main street. The swimming pool and breakfast area have beautiful views of the rice fields. Even though it's down a long path which could be difficult if you have lots of luggage, the peaceful surroundings make up for it. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice balconies. Service is excellent, and the family who runs the hotel is very helpful.

LOVELY setting amongst rice paddies. Flexible check-in policy - they let us wait by the pool while the room was being cleaned.
